    The shoes are quite good looking with extra soft padding, however they are larger by a whole size. The box said size 7 (what I had ordered), but they ran so large that I looked inside the shoes itself and guess what?! Where the sizing and manufacturer information is given digit 8 is scratched with a pen into handwritten 7. What is this some kindergarten or online store?! I am so disappointed! Plus I can't return the shoes since I had them shipped internationally by another company and returning them would cost me more than the shoes themselves.

        I would have loved to have found the blue color on Amazon's site--or even stateside, period--because to my mind it made the most elegant pairing with the birds and bow. That said, though, the red is darling.

        Not surprisingly, it's a little jarring to see so much sticking out from the shoe when you're staring at it in the mirror. It is not a shoe for the fashion cautious, but I'm sure you could tell that just by looking at it. That said, I have seen myself in a picture with the shoes on and they look just great, and are obviously statement-makers. They are also true to size (though it's possible you could go a half-size down) and comfortable.

        If I have anything negative to say it's that they are a little on the blocky, boatish side for a petite frame. But then that's a Mary Jane, isn't it?

          I have been searching and searching for an oxford shoe with a decent heel. I was afraid to get these because no one reviewed them yet, but I own a couple franco sarto shoes and I absolutely love them. I am so glad I bit the bullet and bought these shoes. I LOVE this shoe, it is so comfortable!! I have been wearing them everyday at work ever since I received them. And I love them so much that I got them in the other colors because I was afraid they'd get sold out. This shoe goes with everything, slacks, skirts, and jeans. Probably the only complaint I have is that sometimes the top side edge of the shoe rubs against my ankle bone. I notice it, but it doesn't stop me from wearing the shoe again the next day. I really really recommend this shoe!

          These shoes look great on, and considering the height, they are very comfortable. I would recommend ordering these a half to a full size larger than your normal size as they seem to run small. I really like these shoes, but after only about a month of wear, one of the heels has become slightly loose and I anticipate that it will probably pop off in the near future. Not the best quality, but I like shoes so much (they really are comfortable!) that I'm considering buying another pair anyway.
